Terms & Conditions :
Booking Confirmation:
All bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the full or partial advance
payment.
Check-in & Check-out Timings:
Check-in: 2:00 PM
Check-out: 12:00 PM
Identification Requirement:
All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport,
Voter ID, or Driver’s License) at the time of check-in.
Maximum Occupancy:
Room occupancy is limited as per booking. Extra guests will be charged
as per applicable rates.
Children Policy:
Children below 5 years stay complimentary without an extra bed. For children
above 5 years, standard charges may apply.
Pets:
Pets are not allowed on the property, unless prior approval has been obtained.
Use of Property:
Guests are expected to maintain the peace, cleanliness, and decorum of the
property. Any damages caused will be chargeable.
Meals:
Breakfast is included in the room tariff. Dinner or other meals can be added at
additional cost.
Bonfire & Special Services:
Bonfire or other special arrangements are subject to weather conditions and
prior request.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Free Cancellation if the booking is cancelled at least 3 days before the chec
-in date. A 100% refund will be processed.
If cancelled within 3 days of the check-in date, one night’s stay will be
chargeable and the remaining amount (if any) will be refunded.
No Show Policy:
If guests do not arrive without prior notice, the booking will
be treated as a no-show and no refund will be applicable.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days through the
original payment method.
